A Bengali wedding runs across several days and moods. The hall and lawn let each one have its own setting.
Aiburobhaat
An intimate lunch or dinner for the bride or groom's last meal as a bachelor, set in the hall or on the lawn.
Gaye Holud
A bright morning setup on the lawn with marigolds, yellow drapes and space for the whole family.
Biye
The wedding ceremony under a decorated mandap, with seating for guests and room for the rituals.
Reception & Bou Bhaat
A themed stage, photo corners and a full dinner spread for the evening celebration.
Haldi, mehendi and sangeet on the lawn
Pre-wedding functions feel best in the open. The lawn takes a colourful Gaye Holud or haldi setup in the morning and turns into a sangeet floor or mehendi lounge by evening.
We welcome weddings from every community, so whether it is a Marwari mehendi, a Punjabi sangeet or a Bihari haldi, the team plans the setup around your customs.

Can we hold the full Bengali wedding at Vicky Gardens?
Yes. Families hold the Aiburobhaat, Gaye Holud, the wedding ceremony with mandap, and the reception or Bou Bhaat here, using the hall and lawn as each ritual needs.
Do you host non-Bengali weddings?
Yes. Marwari, Punjabi, Bihari, South Indian and other community weddings are welcome, including mehendi, sangeet and haldi functions.
Can we choose our own stage theme?
Yes. Our decor team offers a range of themes, from classic red and gold to peach, emerald and floral rings, and can design around your colours.
Can we use the lawn and the banquet hall for different functions?
Yes. The lawn and the AC banquet hall are separate, so you can hold the Gaye Holud or a cocktail on the lawn and the wedding or reception inside the hall.
